Hi, I’m Allegra, and I believe that the richness of life lies in how we live it—from our deepest relationships to how we navigate change, loss, and growth.
Born and raised in Sonoma County, I’ve lived a beautifully eclectic life shaped by creativity, curiosity, and transformation. My roots in dance and theatre taught me to embody presence and expression from an early age. Over the years, life has offered me a tapestry of experiences—from love and heartbreak, marriage and divorce, to finding my way back home to Santa Rosa with the love of my life.
Some of the most profound turning points in my journey have come through loss: being present for the passing of my father, my aunt, and my beloved cat. These sacred moments reshaped my understanding of what truly matters and awakened in me a deep desire to help others live with clarity, courage, and intention.
My path has led me to train as a certified life coach and a death doula. I’m passionate about helping others craft lives that are grounded in their values and authentic selves. With a deep respect for the many ways people express identity, love, and purpose, I create space for real conversations—about life, transitions, and even death.
I believe that transformation happens in honest moments, and I’m here to walk beside you as you navigate your own.
I believe in guiding my clients towards discovering their own inner strength, resilience and wisdom. I believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life, and I am here to help you achieve that.
Echo’s of Home is more than a name—it’s a truth I’ve come to know through my own journey. I believe we each carry within us a deep remembering of who we are at our core, even when the noise of the world pulls us far from it. In times of loss, transition, or uncertainty, those inner echoes are still there—waiting for us to learn how to listen. Through presence, curiosity, and collaboration, we can begin to hear and understand them. My work is about helping people listen with new awareness, trust what they discover, and come home to the quiet truth within themselves.
I am currently training within Martha Beck's Wayfinder program to become an ICF Certified Life Coach.
